Marthe Waegeman

Over the past 6.5 years, I've grown from Junior Producer to Head of Production at Videofy, leading commercial productions for brands of all sizes. From social-first content to large-scale campaigns, I was involved from the first client conversation through production, post-production and final delivery.

Working in a small team meant taking on many different roles. While production and account management were always at the core, I regularly handled casting, styling, set dressing, creative direction and talent management whenever a project required it.

I've worked across a wide variety of sectors including fashion, beauty, consumer goods, retail, sports and B2B, managing both studio (with led wall) and location shoots in Belgium and abroad.

What I enjoy most about being a producer is leading teams and bringing people together. I also stayed closely involved throughout post-production, working with editors, motion designers and clients to safeguard quality all the way through to final delivery.
